Our Clients

Environment Agency - We have conducted a thorough assessment of the management practices for lock sites and bankside trees along the River Medway. Our goal is to create new management regimes that enhance wildlife habitats while ensuring that river users can fully enjoy the area. Additionally, we have developed a carbon calculation methodology to assist our operations team in their pursuit of Carbon Net Zero.

Kent Downs National Landscape Unit - We are proud to have collaborated with this esteemed client on numerous occasions, particularly in managing Defra-funded Tests and Trials that support the Environmental Land Management schemes. Our partnership has also led to the development of various projects, where we successfully secured funding alongside staff and external organisations. Notably, our viticulture projects focus on maximizing the benefits of vineyards, a land use that is rapidly expanding in the region.

RSPB - We have successfully completed four project evaluations for RSPB. These evaluations encompass two projects funded by the Green Recovery Challenge Fund, the Whose Hoo scheme in South-East England, and a project supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund in South Yorkshire. Throughout this process, we guided project staff from the initial setup of the evaluation framework to the final summative evaluation. Furthermore, we developed comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning plans, along with Stakeholder Engagement strategies for the Lincolnshire Wash Landscape Recovery Scheme.

National Trust - Our enduring partnership with the National Trust began at the White Cliffs, where we contributed to the development of the Fan Bay Deep Shelter. This collaboration continued with our evaluation of the Wanstone Rediscovered project, an exceptionally successful volunteer-led restoration initiative. Our further efforts with the North Kent team have involved the National Trust in a National Nature Reserve development program, as well as baseline assessments of habitats and species at Ightham Mote and the Hawkwood Estate.
